APPLICATIONS OF THE DIFFERENT FASCIA TOOLS 

This multifunctional BLACKBOX consists of a BLACKROLL® STANDARD, a BLACKROLL® MINI, a BLACKROLL® BALL 08, and a BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08, and is just the thing for addressing the back muscles and other areas of the body.

With the classical BLACKROLL® STANDARD, you can roll out and self-massage your entire body.

The BLACKROLL® MINI is outstanding for targeted massage of the feet, as well as legs or arms.

With the BLACKROLL® BALL 08, you can massage points in different parts of the body like (upper) arms, the neck, the shoulder area, and also feet, calves, and your achilles tendons. This releases tensions and adhesions in specific points and hot spots.

The BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08 is ideal for massaging the back, as well as for applications in the neck area and the achilles tendons.

At the same time you are able to target and train muscles and tissues that usually would not be activated regularly during your favourite sports or workout sessions. The fitness bands are only 32cm long which makes them very portable and they can be used for a vast array of exercises and even stretches. 

The LOOP BAND SET includes 3 bands - Red (Gentle resistance), green (medium resistance) and blue (strong resistance) and caters for different workout types and intensities.

The fabric makes our bands very comfortable, long lasting and hygienic. The bands do not roll up, pull hair or pinch your skin. They are washable at 60°C and the latex free interwoven natural rubber does not create a worry for people with allergies. The huge variety of LOOP BAND exercises don’t usually use much space, therefore the bands are a great and essential addition to your home gym.
