1. Which items include GST?
Goods and Services Tax (GST) GST is applied to products as outlined by the New Zealand Inland Revenue
2. Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect
If you receive your order and the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the charged quantity, please notify within 7 working days. If an expected order has not arrive, please notify us within 10 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.
3. Return of Goods
Goods may be returned within 7 days of purchase. If you wish to return any goods, prior authorisation must be approved first. OneUp Rehab Solutions is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions (7). A 15% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, and cleared your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

6. Delivery Times & Cut Offs
The time it takes for your parcel to reach its destination will vary depending on the service you choose. Service Delivery target ParcelPost = Up to 3 working days nationwide Courier & Signature = Next working day nationwide* If an order is received before 12pm, it will be dispatched that day and will likely be delivered the following. 7. Do you ship worldwide?
No, we only ship domestically throughout New Zealand.
8. How much is shipping within NZ?
Consumable orders over $200 will receive free shipping. Orders under will incur a $10 Freight charge. Freight charges will apply on web orders where applicable. The charge will depend on product size, weight and destination. Please ask for confirmation of delivery charges when placing order.
